A charge on your statement
Payments to Latitax appear as LATITAX. If you do not recognise one, email us with the date and amount before contacting your bank: we can tell you what it was for, and refund it if it should not have been taken.
Membership and cancelling
Change plan, update your card, download invoices or cancel from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Members can also message us securely from the portal.
Your data
To see, correct, export or delete what we hold about you, email us from the address on your account. The privacy policy explains what we keep and why.
What we can and cannot answer
