1. Who we are

Latitax is a trading name of Servolia LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of latitax.com and everything on it.

2. Research, not advice

Latitax publishes research and general information about tax systems, residence rules and legal structures, including answers produced by artificial intelligence from our research database. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and it does not create an adviser-client relationship. Tax rules change and your position depends on facts we do not know. Before acting, obtain advice from a qualified professional in each country concerned.

We work to keep every figure accurate and show its source and the date it was checked, but we do not guarantee that any information is complete, current or suitable for your circumstances.

3. Lawful use only

You may use Latitax only for lawful tax planning. You must not use it to plan or carry out tax evasion, concealment of income or assets, money laundering, sanctions evasion or any other unlawful purpose. We may refuse or end service to anyone we reasonably believe is doing so.

We do not sell to people located in, or billing from, countries and regions subject to comprehensive sanctions (currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus and the occupied regions of Ukraine). A payment from one of them is refunded and not delivered.

4. Accounts

You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep access to that mailbox secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

5. Paid services

Memberships renew automatically each month or year until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. A Move Scenario Report is generated on payment from the profile you provide; because it is digital content supplied immediately, it is not refundable once delivered, except where the law requires otherwise or the report was not delivered. Advisor listings are a flat annual fee for a directory listing and are not a referral commission.

6. Advisors

Advisors listed in our directory are independent. We review them before listing but do not supervise their work and are not responsible for their advice or fees.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on Latitax, and our total liability to you in any twelve months is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Intellectual property

Our research, text, data compilation and design belong to us. You may use them for your own decisions; you may not republish, resell or systematically extract them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
